Fitness and health has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I experienced my first gym at 12 years old living on a military base working out with some break dancing friends. Whether it was on a BMX bike, skateboard or football field I was always active physically. I took pride in being in shape.
Flash forward thirty years later and I’m still getting busy in the gym, working out in my garage and trying to watch what I eat to stay healthy. This page is dedicated to all those fitness freaks out there who enjoy working out and taking care of their health. I’ve included some of the workout equipment I have used over the years, along with some supplements I use that actually work. There is also a link to my workout book I wrote “Resistance Responsive Training” in which I share some basic nutrition and training information.
